The full-function StreamlineMD scheduler is more than an appointment log. It enables front desk staff, with ease, to access each patient’s demographics, scheduling history, financial information, and relevant clinical information. Quick-glance patient information is permanently visible. Features of our scheduling program include customized color coding, double booking, and time slot designation and blocking. In addition to patients, providers, equipment, and other office resources can be scheduled with StreamlineMD.

Although charges are ordinarily entered by the provider into the system as part of documenting a visit in the patient chart, StreamlineMD allows billing personnel to enter or edit claims prior to submission. Critical patient information is available at a glance, along with the last 10 charges billed to the account. Our practice management system enables you to query CPT and ICD-9 display modifiers. You may also elect to receive alerts for workers compensation or automobile claims.

The demographics features of StreamlineMD enable you, for each patient, to manage multiple or seasonal addresses, as well as guardian relationships. You can access summary or detailed views of claims and account notes. Tabs on the demographics page enable you quickly to access information about a patient’s insurance, payment guarantor, and what medical information has been sent or received. You also may access scanned copies of insurance cards, drivers’ licenses, and other relevant documents.
